The number of plants dotting Wildwood Acres has increased considerably this year.The wildflower blooms July and August in this mountain region.Capturing the bloom with a butterfly increases the beauty of the photograph.Be sure to click on the photo to fill your screen.
Took this photo on one of the few days that the sun was shining. It did not take a lot of Photoshop effort to bring out the beauty of this jewel.

Wildflowers come in numerous varieties in these mountains. Each month brings additions that keep my memory card full and my hard drive over flowing with outstanding photographs.Looking forward to October when the mountain trails break out into bloom with many more varities.
